Detailed Property Illustration
The objective of this project was to create a comprehensive and visually appealing property illustration, meticulously drawn to scale in Adobe Illustrator. This illustration included detailed depictions of roads, buildings, and an event venue, designed primarily as a vector for high scalability and precision.

Design Process
- Vector Illustration: Using Adobe Illustrator, I crafted a scalable vector illustration that accurately represents the property’s layout, including all physical structures and pathways. The choice of vector graphics was crucial for enabling future enhancements and detailed views of specific sections without losing clarity.
- Reference Material: To ensure the accuracy and realism of the illustration, I utilized various aerial photos of the property. These photographs served as a critical reference, helping to translate the property’s real-world dimensions and aesthetics into a precise overhead illustrated view.
- Aesthetic Integration: The illustration was not only functional but also designed to be visually engaging. I selected a color scheme and graphical elements that complemented the natural and architectural features of the property, making the illustration both informative and pleasing to the eye.
